Hello, I'm Teresa. I'm a shamanic medicine woman.
Menopause came and completely changed how I work. I was told 'you're not going to work like this any more'. I was tired of trying to fix what I'd been trying to fix for so long. I was shown I didn't have to. Surrender was my only choice. Shamanism came calling. The spirits chose me. My ancestors were shamans and I was too. All of us have been shamans. It's our natural state. I am working with my anceestors in this work. You will be too.
I have walked through my own initiation in my own deep reclaimation and resurrection. In this work we might go back to your past lives to see what needs to be cleared so you can hold your power. I might be called to do a healing journey for you. I might be called to do divination. My work is completely intuitive annd instinctual.

As women, our body is from where all of life flows and we've been disconnected from it and it's wisdom.
I do not heal or fix you. We make space for your medicine. We hold ourselves with power as we walk through the dark to our next level of wealth and impact. This frees up your energy field and flow from the old energies taking up space in your body. From there you integrate. The shedding is over. We are now integrating, moving, and doing it with confidence and holding our power. This is going to create that next level energetic and physcial world shift that you're being called to.

This is the ancient practice of shamanism which many women are being called home to at this time. Reverence to Mother Earth is at the core of shamanism. Our connection to her and our body is a connection to our powerful ancient wisdom and medicine. If Mother Earth is calling you home, this work is calling you. You too have been chosen by the spirits. Mother Earth needs her power to be remembered and respected once again. As does women's.

Frequently asked questions
A single session with me can shatter an illusion you've been stuck in for years. You’re going to tell me what’s going on for you and from there I’m going to know what the root cause is of what’s stopping you from reaching your next level of wealth and impact. I am going to channel your highest timeline, authority and power. I do that by shamanic journeying. I might journey to a past life. I might journey to see what needs to be cleared from your energy field. I might need to do a divination journey. I will need your permission to do whatever journey is needed for your highest timeline and evolution right now. Whether you work with me for 1 session, 3 or 6 months, the work is the same. It’s always intuitive and instinctual. This is not standard coaching. This is very far from it. From the journeys I do for you, you are asked to hold your power through the dark, that is always part of this work. I will hold you in that. We might be called to work with different animal totems and spirits. They will come to you if you need to channel their medicine as you are held in your highest. They are always there to guide you on your journey to your highest timelines and evolution for the highest good of you and all beings.
The women who come to me have had much success and deep energetic shifts in just one session. Deep transformation and shamanic work usually unfolds beautifully over a container of 3 to 6 months.
I understand emergencies happen. We will rebook when is best for both of us and our availability.
I don't work at the weekends. My latest available session during the week is usually 4.30pm.
It all varies. I will always get back to you within 24 hours, sometimes straight away. If you message me over the weekend I will respond on the Monday. You can use it for check-ins, voice notes, breakthroughs. You might not even need to use it! But it's there if you do.

The full alchemical rebirth. This is the ultimate portal where walk into you fully remembering who you are, claiming your raw power as a woman, and standing completely in your power and authority.

Why bi-weekly? Because your body needs time to integrate the deep energetic shifts we will initiate in your sessions and journeys. The 14 days between our sessions aren't nothingness or empty space. They're the space where your new channelled timeline is integrated, embodied and claimed.
To anchor this medicine into your body and maintain the necessary energetic momentum, all 6 sessions must be completed within 14 weeks of your start date. For the 12 session container, all sessions must be completed within 28 weeks to ensure momentum without stalling.
